Adams County Day Works is a low-to no-barrier employment program for people experiencing homelessness. In partnership with Bayaud Enterprises, the purpose of this program is to provide day labor opportunities for participants while working toward permanent employment. Participants of the program will receive same-day payment, onsite support and coaching, transportation to and from job sites, resource and housing navigation, and lunch during their workdays.
