Board of Commissioners Accepts County Manager’s Resignation

The Adams County Board of Commissioners accepted the resignation of County Manager Todd Leopold on Tuesday, April 11. Leopold was originally hired in 2012 as a deputy county administrator before accepting the county manager position in 2013.

"Under Todd’s leadership, the county improved service delivery to residents while identifying operational efficiencies within the organization," said Commissioner Eva Henry. "We are grateful for the dedication and passion that Todd brought to the county and wish him well moving forward."

Until a replacement manager is properly retained, the Board designated Deputy County Manager Raymond Gonzales to serve as interim county manager. No timetable has been established for the recruitment and hiring process for a new county manager.
