Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)

Providing Fiscal Transparency

One of the main responsibilities of the General Accounting Division is to develop an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) relating the the county's overall annual expenditures. In addition to detailing exactly where and how government monies were spent, the ACFR describes the county's assets and liabilities at the end of each fiscal year.
