Community Enrichment Grant (CEG)
This Adams County grant provides financial support to nonprofit and publicly supported organizations to operate programs and services that improve the health, well-being, and self-sufficiency of underserved, marginalized, or vulnerable people living in Adams County. The grant must be used to “directly serve” Adams County residents and funding requests shall be based on the actual cost to serve these residents.
This is a competitive grant; Organizations submit a complete application with all associated documents to be considered for funding. Grant applications are evaluated by the grant advisory committee and this committee makes a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners on grant awards. The highest grant award provided through this program in the last few years is $60,000; the lowest grant award was $4,200. Please read the application information sheet for more information.
Grant Schedule for 2024
- 2024 Application Submittal - Grant link will open late January
- Grant request review by committee – March through May 2024
- Presentation of recommended grant awards to the County Commissioners – June 2024
- Organizations notified of their grant award – late June 2024
- Grant award presentation – July 2024
Grant Application
Adams County will accept one application per organization. Only complete applications submitted by the deadline with the required attachments will be considered for funding. The deadline for applications is February 29, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. To apply, click on the following link:

Grant Report
Organizations that were awarded grants in 2023 must complete and submit the CEG Grant Report by the January 19th deadline to [email protected].
