2019 Quality of Life Survey
In January 2019, Adams County residents had the opportunity to voice their opinions about their experience living in Adams County and their interactions with county services and employees. The county’s goal is to ensure that residents’ voices are heard so the Executive Leadership Team can identify existing challenges and plan for improvements to make Adams County a great place to live.

2016 Quality of Life Survey
The 2016 Quality of Life Survey provided residents an opportunity to give input on areas of strength and opportunities for improvement and to communicate priorities for county planning purposes and resource allocation.
2014 Follow-Up Survey
The purpose of the Adams County Quality of Life survey was to continue a trend line of residents’ levels of satisfaction with services provided by the county, to give residents an opportunity to provide input to the county on areas of strength and opportunities for improvement and to communicate priorities for planning purposes and resource allocation.
2012 Quality of Life Survey
The May 2012 Quality of Life Survey was designed to establish a baseline for residents’ satisfaction level with services provided by the county, to give residents an opportunity to provide input to the county on areas of strength and opportunities for improvement, and to communicate priorities for planning purposes and resource allocation. The county will use the results of the survey in a variety of ways, including performance based budgeting, the county report card project for performance management, the formulation of department goals, the Comprehensive Plan and other county plans, initiatives and programs.
