Adams County Child Welfare is excited to announce we have earned two Human Rights Campaign seals. The "You Are Welcome Here" and "Innovator" seals. These seals represent the Adams County foster families and staff's commitment to ensuring the LGBTQ+ community is wanted and welcomed to participate as foster and adoptive families.
