Opportunity Zones Map
Adams County, the fifth-largest county in Colorado, serves over 500,000 residents and continues to grow. With its proximity to metro Denver and the recreational opportunities of the Rocky Mountains, the county’s economy is booming. The growth within Adams County has been planned with an eye on the future with such important development as Colorado Air and Space Port, an Amazon fulfillment center, Denver Premium Outlets, and Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center opening recently. With much of the land adjacent to Denver International Airport located in Adams County, a regional aerotropolis concept is in the works, giving the county a great plan to merge new development alongside the nine Opportunity Zones.
