Adams County is preparing to select its Employee of the Year (also known as the "Employee of All Seasons"), and the entire Adams County community is invited to help choose the winner. Through Thursday, Jan. 25, county residents can access an online ballot that includes a brief bio for each of the finalists.

The Adams County Sheriff's Office has received several reports of a jury duty phone scam where callers say there's a warrant for your arrest specifically from the Adams County Sheriff's Office. Please be aware this is a scam as the Adams County Sheriff's Office does not handle jury duty.
