Dump your leftover pumpkins and bagged leaves at the City of Westminster’s drop-off events on Saturdays this fall. Westminster residents can drop off their pumpkins and bagged leaves on Saturday, Nov. 4 and 18, 8 a.m.–noon, at 10001 Alkire St. All Adams County residents can drop off their pumpkins and bagged leaves on  Saturday, Nov. 11, 8 a.m.–noon, at 3851 Elk Drive.
