Road improvements and bridge repairs start soon

Expect delays on US 85 southbound at Colorado State Highway 7 / Bridge St. in Adams County through Saturday morning, Sept. 16 for Bridge Work. Crews are rehabilitating the bridge deck on US 85 southbound, requiring a single lane closure on the bridge. Motorists should prepare for delays.

LANE CLOSURE INFO:
Traffic will be restricted to one lane on US 85 southbound at Colorado State Highway 7/Bridge St. through 7:00 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 9.   The lane will reopen to traffic and close again starting 7 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 10 through 7 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 16.

NOTICE: Suncor Emergency Response Team will be conducting live fire training on Thursday, Sept. 7, 7 a.m.-4 p.m. The live fire training will be conducted at the Plant 1 Fire Training grounds. During the training, there will likely be large flames and thick smoke produced.
