On Thursday, Oct. 7, 6 p.m., Adams County will host a virtual public meeting for the second phase of the Advancing Adams master planning effort. The Advancing Adams planning process will result in a trio of long-range master planning documents – a Comprehensive Plan, Transportation & Mobility Master Plan, and a Parks, Open Space & Trails Plan.

The United States Census occurs every 10 years, with the most recent being completed in 2020. Adams County has five commissioner districts that are required to represent equal populations, and maps showing four alternatives will be developed and presented to the public for feedback during a series of meetings in October.
