Earth Day Appreciation
We want to thank Groundwork Denver and the Colorado Mountain Club who assembled 85 volunteers to clean up the Clear Creek Trail on Saturday, April 22. These volunteers collected approximately 60 yards of trash, or 65 pick-up loads! Commissioner Steve O’Dorisio and Parks & Open Space Director Nathan Mosley welcomed the group that morning. A special thanks to Shane and Makalah from Groundwork Denver, and Karl Ford from Colorado Mountain Club for gathering such hard-working and dedicated volunteers.
