Riverdale Animal Shelter Topping Out Celebration
The Riverdale Animal Shelter Project Team, County Manager, Adams County Commissioners, and construction and design partners gathered at the "topping out ceremony" on Tuesday, June 25, to celebrate completion of the final concrete pour as a monumental moment in the Riverdale Animal Shelter project.
