Adams County Inauguration 2021

Four elected officials were sworn into office on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 including three County Commissioners and a new District Attorney. Adams County also paid tribute to former Commissioner Mary Hodge who retired after 20 years of public service at the state and local level.

N Line Opens

On Monday, Sept. 21, Adams County Commissioners, along with local and state leaders, celebrated the grand opening of the N Line. The N Line stretches across the metro from Union Station downtown to Thornton’s Eastlake 124th station. RTD is offering free rides on the N Line now through Sept. 27.

Free State Covid-19 Testing in Adams County

The State of Colorado has established a COVID-19 testing site in Adams County, located at Water World, 8801 N. Pecos St., Federal Heights. The site will operate daily from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., today through September, with the possibility of an extension based on community need. Up to 2,500 tests will be administered each day, and there is no cost to get tested.
