NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT  
ADAMS COUNTY, COLORADO

On July 25, 2024, the County of Adams, Colorado will approve final payment to Superior Roofing, Inc., for work performed for the Detention Facility Module F Roofing Project. Any person or entity having a claim against the Contractor arising from this agreement may file a verified statement of claim via email at [email protected] for the Adams County Board of County Commissioners’, 4430 South Adams County Parkway, Brighton, Colorado 80601 by the above final settlement date, pursuant to section 38-26-107, C.R.S.

 

NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT

On June 23, 2024, the County of Adams, Colorado will approve final payment to Lumin8 Transportation Technologies LLC, for work on the Adams County Signal System Equipment Upgrade Project, in Adams County. Any person or entity having a claim against either of the contractors arising from this contract may file a verified statement of claim with Adams County Board of County Commissioners’ Office, 4430 South Adams County Parkway, Brighton, Colorado 80601 by the above final settlement date, pursuant to section 38-26-107, C.R.S. NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT

On May 28, 2024, the County of Adams, Colorado will approve retainage release to Trane U.S. Inc., for work performed for the HVAC AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS UPGRADE AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR THE DETENTION FACILITY (2023.151). Any person or entity having a claim against the Contractor arising from this Agreement may file a verified statement of claim via email to [email protected] for the Adams County Board of County Commissioners, 4430 South Adams County Parkway, Brighton, Colorado 80601, by the above final settlement date, pursuant to section 38-26-107, C.R.S.
