Responsibilities
The Adams County General Accounting Division is responsible for producing the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and recording / tracking all monetary transactions made by the county.

Providing Fiscal Transparency
One of the main responsibilities of the General Accounting Division is to develop an ACFR relating the the county's overall annual expenditures. In addition to detailing exactly where and how government monies were spent, the ACFR describes the county's assets and liabilities at the end of each fiscal year.
