NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT
ADAMS COUNTY, COLORADO

On May 28, 2024, the County of Adams, Colorado will approve retainage release to Trane U.S. Inc., for work performed for the HVAC AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS UPGRADE AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR THE DETENTION FACILITY (2023.151). Any person or entity having a claim against the Contractor arising from this Agreement may file a verified statement of claim via email to [email protected] for the Adams County Board of County Commissioners, 4430 South Adams County Parkway, Brighton, Colorado 80601, by the above final settlement date, pursuant to section 38-26-107, C.R.S.
