Permits & Licensing

Staff is available at the Government Center to assist customers on Tuesday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

As of October 1, 2022, we will no longer be collecting review fees for Tri-County Health Department reviews on land use cases. This is being done in anticipation of the transition to the new Adams County Health Department that will take place Jan. 1, 2023. If a Tri-County Health Department review is required on a land use case, the Case Manager will inform the applicant and Tri-County Health will invoice for their review fee.
