Capital Project Update

The Gateway Plaza project is a small area adjacent to the new Federal/Clear Creek Light Rail Station at 60th Avenue and Federal Street. The concrete walkways, park furnishings, interactive music play features, and artwork are installed. Landscaping improvements, including additional irrigation and turfgrass, are currently being installed. Similar improvements will continue through fall/winter of 2020.
