Community Services Block Grant (CSBG)

Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program provides a range of services and activities having a measurable and potentially major impact on the causes of poverty in the community, or those areas of the community where poverty is a particularly acute problem.

HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)

The HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program supports activities that increase and maintain the supply of permanent, affordable housing for low- to moderate-income residents. Funds are used for a variety of activities such as:

  • New housing construction
  • Acquisition
  • Housing rehabilitation
  • Down payment assistance

Community Enrichment Grant (CEG)

This Adams County grant provides financial support to nonprofit and publicly supported organizations to operate human service programs that improve the health, welfare, and quality of life of Adams County residents. The grant can be used to fund services that are provided directly to an individual or people. Applicant organizations must be registered and in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State.
