Housing Policy & Community Investments
What Does Housing Policy & Community Investments Do?
The Housing Policy & Community Investments (HPCI) Division's mission is to work on both housing policy and new development projects, as well as overseeing federal grant administration and compliance monitoring.
As the administrator of Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and HOME funds, this team works closely with other local governments, state agencies, and non-profit partners to provide support for vulnerable residents and neighborhoods. Additionally, they oversee affordable housing strategy for the County.
