Resilient Neighborhoods

The Resilient Neighborhoods Program helps connect neighborhood groups in Adams County with resources and support from the county. The program focuses on building stronger communities, creating safe and healthy neighborhoods, preparing for emergencies, and improving communication between neighbors and the county.

Neighborhood Community Fund

The Neighborhood Community Fund provides resources for residents and community groups in Adams County to create projects, events, and initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods, foster connections, and address community needs.

Tool Shed

The Tool Shed allows residents to borrow tools, for free, such as lawn mowers, edgers, and wheelbarrows. A neighborhood can borrow the entire shed for a community clean-up.
