The Poverty Reduction Unit helps alleviate the systemic injustices of poverty and homelessness within Adams County. Our goals is to make Adams County the most inclusive and equitable community where every resident, no matter their circumstances, has a safe living environment and a high quality of life.

The Poverty Reduction Unit serves the most vulnerable residents of Adams County by working to equitably provide basic needs, long-term stability, and building community for low income and marginalized residents through innovative practices, inclusivity, navigation, and filling gaps in services.

Safe Parking Program

Safe Parking Program

Safe parking lots provide secure, regulated, and sanitary space for people living in their vehicles. All parkers are connected with case management.
