How to View Current Bids & RFPs

Invitation for bid (IFB) / request for proposal (RFP) packages may be obtained on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. First, register as a vendor with the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEP). Vendors can then view current opportunities with Adams County on the RMEP system's home page.

Please note we utilize Bidnet Direct (a.k.a. Rocky Mountain e-Purchasing) as our official site for all solicitation documents.  Please go to www.bidnetdirect.com to download Adams County’s Official Open Solicitation documents.
