  • The makings for a free Thanksgiving meal will be provided to attendees, and other resources will also be available. No registration or sign-up required. Residents can pick up one box of food per household and are unable to pick up boxes for anyone else.

  • The North Pole Gift Shop is a special, free holiday event for Adams County residents needing extra help this season, offered by registration only with limited availability. On December 7, families are invited to Human Services, where parents and guardians can shop for gifts for their children, and children get the joy of picking out presents for their family members. With a warm, festive atmosphere and carefully curated gift items, this event is designed to spread holiday cheer and ease. Supported by local partners and volunteers, this celebration of giving and community offers families a memorable holiday experience. Reserve your spot soon to join in the holiday magic!

Free Food and Resource Drive-Thru Events

Adams County is partnering with the City of Thornton and City of Bennett to provide residents of Adams County with free, monthly food and resource drive-thru events. These events will provide power sacks with shelf-stable food, hygiene bags, and resource folders. See below for upcoming dates and locations.
