Priority of Service
Veterans Act
On November 2, 2002, the Jobs for Veterans Act was signed and became Public Law 107-288, which creates a priority of service for veterans who otherwise meet the eligibility requirements for participation in all Department of Labor funded training programs.

- National Emergency Grants (NEG)

- Research and Development
- Senior Community Service Employment
- Technical Skills Training Grants
- Trade Act Programs (TAA)
- Wagner Peyser Employment Services
- Workforce Investment Act Demonstration Projects
- Workforce Investment Act (WIA)
- Youth Opportunity Grants
