Henderson Rd. – Park Blvd. Roundabout Project

Project Overview

Adams County will begin a road improvement project at the intersection of Henderson Rd. and Park Blvd. The focus of the project is to construct a roundabout and cultural arts project. The project has an estimated completion date of June 10, 2022. Weather impacts could affect the completion date.

How to Access Riverdale Regional Park

Please be advised that all traffic entering and exiting Riverdale Regional Park will be detoured through the Adams County Museum parking lot. Additionally, drop-in drone use is temporarily prohibited in the gravel parking lot north of the museum until the construction project is complete. The access detour will remain in place until further notice. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

How to Access Riverdale Animal Shelter

During Phase 1 of construction, Park Blvd. will be closed at the intersection of Henderson Rd. and Park Blvd. Residents, staff, and animal management officers can access Riverdale Animal Shelter by using E. 120^th Pkwy. Thank you for your patience during this time.
