DENVER - Today, Governor Jared Polis ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff beginning immediately and to return to full staff at sunset on Sunday, March 27, 2022 to honor the life and legacy of former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, as proclaimed by President Biden.
Recruitment Underway for Next County Manager
Adams County has started the recruitment process for the next County Manager. The position was posted last week. Interviews are scheduled to take place in May, with the goal of hiring a candidate by this summer. The county is working with recruiting firm GovHR USA.

The Adams County Clerk & Recorder’s Office is seeking public input on Voter Service and Polling Center (VSPC) and 24-Hour Ballot Drop Box locations for the General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
“Allowing time for public comment on our voting centers is a key part of our process,” says Adams County Clerk & Recorder Josh Zygielbaum. “We want to ensure all registered voters in the county have access to a variety of locations to cast their ballots.”
