Adams County Launches Comprehensive Survey to Enhance Community Engagement and Service Delivery

Adams County, in its ongoing commitment to serve the community with integrity and innovation, has embarked on a strategic partnership with Walker, a leading experience management consulting firm, to conduct a quality-of-life survey aimed at gathering actionable feedback from stakeholders and residents.

The survey, which opens today and will be distributed over the next several weeks, represents a significant step in Adams County's mission to prioritize community feedback and ensure that services meet the needs of its residents. Through various accessible channels including email and QR codes, residents across both incorporated and unincorporated areas of Adams County will have the opportunity to share their thoughts and opinions.

“We recognize the importance of actively listening to our residents and understanding their perspectives,” said Emma Pinter, Chair of the Board of Commissioners. “This survey is an essential tool for us to assess our performance, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately, better serve the diverse needs of our community.”

Building upon previous survey results, Adams County aims to establish benchmarks and refine its strategies for future service delivery and resource allocation. The insights gathered will inform decision-making processes and enable Adams County to address key priorities effectively.

“As we strive to be the most innovative and inclusive county in America, community feedback is invaluable,” added County Manager Noel Bernal. “By engaging in this survey initiative, residents are actively contributing to the continuous improvement of Adams County.”

Transparency and accountability remain paramount throughout this process. Adams County is committed to sharing the survey findings with internal and external stakeholders and the broader community, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
