CDOT - I/76/I-25 Travel Advisory

The eastbound I-76 ramp to northbound I-25 will be closed during overnight hours for three nights after Labor Day weekend. The closure will be in place 9 p.m.-5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3 through Thursday, Sept. 5 while crews apply polyester concrete overlays to strengthen and protect the deck, and to maximize driver safety. The ramp will reopen by 5:30 a.m. each morning.

Travel Impacts
CDOT anticipates medium travel impact to motorists traveling the affected route during overnight hours. A detour route is in place with signage to safely direct motorists through the closure. The project supports CDOT's new Whole System, Whole Safety initiative.

Detour Information
During the nighttime ramp closure, traffic will be detoured onto I-25 southbound to the 58th Avenue exit (Exit 215). There, signs will direct motorists to bear left on 58th, and left again to get back onto I-25 north. The detour will add approximately 2 miles and 8 minutes to travel times. The ramp will reopen by 5:30 a.m. each morning.
