On the night of Monday, October 21, the eastbound I-76 ramp to southbound I-25 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. while crews repair the bridge deck and make other safety improvements. CDOT anticipates medium travel impact to motorists traveling the affected route during overnight hours. The project supports CDOT's new Whole System, Whole Safety initiative.
During the nighttime ramp closure, traffic will be detoured onto I-25 northbound to the 84th Avenue exit (Exit 219). There, signs will direct motorists to bear left on 84th to the I-25 southbound on-ramp. The detour will add approx. 6 miles and 10 minutes to travel times. The ramp will reopen by 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, October 22.
