York Street On-Ramp Permanent Closure

Central 70

As part of the design for the Central 70 Project, the York Street on-ramp to westbound I-70 will permanently close overnight on Oct. 14. Closure of this ramp allows construction crews to build the new Union Pacific Railroad Bridge and the final design of I-70. Motorists can use 46th Avenue to travel east to Steele Street/Vasquez Boulevard, turn left on Steele Street and access westbound I-70 from the Steele Street/Vasquez Boulevard on-ramp. Download the detour map. Ramps at Brighton Boulevard, Steele Street/Vasquez Boulevard and Colorado Boulevard remain open.
